Of all the words, in all the many languages, “family” is the most beautiful. Whether you know it by familia, pamilya, familie or ohana, we each understand the importance we place on it’s meaning. Unbreakable bonds and unconditional love. There are many among us that value family more than anything this world can offer. Whether it be through blood and kin, step parents, grandparents, close friends, or even someone you simply can’t live without, family is the closest connection to any of us.

The importance of that word is not lost on our dear friends, Meghan and Ryan. You see, their beautiful family is growing. They already have one of the kindest, most joyful, children on earth in their son Elijah. You can tell that the soon-to-be big brother, has some of the greatest qualities of his amazing parents. He has his fathers love for active living and athleticism, which Elijah displays as he runs through the almond orchards never losing a breath. His kindness and love for the camera almost certainly comes from his mother, who is also an incredible photographer and just an all around sweetheart. Together, their family is strengthened through unity and their chemistry is off the charts.

Working with Ryan and Meghan’s family to capture this lovely almond orchard session was such a pleasure. They are expecting baby soon and we know this child will understand the importance of family through the love that is displayed by mom, dad and big brother Elijah. We are so happy for you Kelley family, we can’t wait to see the incredible milestones your family will accomplish together.
