02. BUILT IN SECOND SHOOTER

Hiring a full-time husband and wife team provides you with a built in second shooter. Often times, when a couple hires a photographer without a dedicated second shooter, they don't get the opportunity to meet the second photographer until the day of their wedding. When hiring a husband and wife team you meet both of your photographers and build a relationship from the moment you first meet.

Your session is the perfect opportunity to get out and enjoy life's sweetest moments! You enjoy the time together, we'll capture the love and emotion in every image. There isn't much to it, just show up ready to have a great time making some incredible memories and we can handle the rest. We encourage you to venture out and live your best life, this is going to make the photos that much more remarkable!

How it Works

01. Book

Congratulations, you got the ring! Once you're ready to book, we'll send over your official collection proposal. We only require $100 (yes, one-hundred!) down which goes towards your balance to secure your date and a signed contract. The remaining balance will be divided into monthly installments leading up to your wedding. Upon signing your contract and making your first payment, it's time to celebrate!

02. Engagement Session

Now that you're officially booked, let's capture something beautiful! We start with scheduling your engagement session. This is the perfect opportunity to get more comfortable in front of our cameras and better understand our work flow. It's time to get creative! Let's head to your favorite beach, climb your favorite trail and capture the moment like never before. These are the official images to announce your new journey together! 


03. Timeline Creation

Leading up to your wedding, we will get together over a Virtual Call and create a timeline of events together in the event you aren't working with a planner. This ensures we capture every moment without skipping a beat! 

04. Your Wedding Day

It's your big day, we want to be sure it's everything you planned it to be! Dance the night away, make those most beautiful of memories these are the days you will look back on for years to come! 


05. Delivery Day

Once the confetti dances to the ground and the champagne has been sipped there is still time to relive all the special memories from the big day! Four to six weeks following your wedding, the wedding day gallery will be ready to view share and download! That's right, now you can relive every moment from the greatest celebration ever, over and over again.  

06. Album Design

After the delivery of your photographs, we will get together and relive the beautiful moments all over and begin designing your official wedding album. We love the convenience that digital photographs provide, however a gorgeous handcrafted album bring your images to life like they were meant to be viewed. These are your memories preserved to withstand to test of time.

What's Included

Every collection includes two photographers (Vic and Sasha) a handcrafted heirloom album, an online gallery of professionally edited high-resolution images, timeline collaboration, and full printing rights. Coverage begins at eight hours, with extended and weekend options available for a more immersive experience.

We require 1/3rd of your collection to secure your wedding day with us no matter which collection you choose. The rest of the balance is broken up into monthly installments leading up to your wedding day. Reach out about our photo collections and date availability here. 

What is the deposit to book you for our wedding day?

Frequently Asked Questions

You will receive a link to your online gallery within 4-6 weeks. We'll will also send you sneak peeks within one week from your wedding day.

We are so excited to see our photos! When will we receive them?

Absolutely! Our passports are in hand 24/7 to serve you wherever it is that love takes you. Travel fees do apply, however, we are happy to announce that they are added to the total invoice which means you can make small monthly installments toward them as you go. 

Do you travel outside of California? 

The amount of images depends on the total amount of coverage you've selected. We guarantee at least 100 images for every hour of coverage. So, if you purchase a 8 hour collection you may expect 800 images, and so on.

How many photos will we receive from our big day?

While we absolutely encourage every one of our clients to work with a planner, we understand that sometimes it's just not possible. However, we are happy to offer assistance with your wedding day timeline to ensure your wedding day is as smooth as possible. 

Am I required to work with a planner for my wedding?

Yay! You are on your way to making unforgettable memories and we would love to be there to help preserve them. Our calendar gets filled up pretty quickly, so we recommend inquiring as soon as you set your date. Popular wedding dates are known to be reserved within 12-14 months out. We sometimes have availability during the week, the best way to find out if your date is available is to inquire with us by filling out our contact form.

When should I book my photographer?

You can rest easy knowing that we are covered with event insurance for the big day. Typically, the venue will ask you to obtain your photographers insurance policy prior to the wedding. We are happy to help, just get us in touch with your venue and we'll handle the rest. 

Are you insured?

Our wedding clients enjoy the highest level of service and care as we work together to design the perfect wedding album from cover to cover.  We tried many album companies throughout our time in the industry before we found the perfect fit. Today, we proudly showcase handmade heirloom albums from Kiss Books, created using the highest quality materials imported from Italy.
