Noriega House Bakersfield Wedding

This beautiful establishment offers unique charm and brings refinement to any event. For instance, many updated amenities such as the unforgettable dance floor and wedding alter make this one of the most impressive settings in all of Bakersfield.

Shortly after our arrival, Jarred and his groomsmen make their way to the venue. Seeking to make the most of some free time the gentlemen decide to sneak away to a taqueria. In short, a pre-wedding toast. First of all, we never shy away from a good taco shop. So, this was right on par with everything we stand for! What a perfect place to grab candid shots of our gentlemen before the ceremony, right? Just some best friends soaking in the memories as they reminisce on their many journeys together. It truly set the tone for the evening. This kind of unplanned moment is always a favorite among the gallery.

Down the street Bree, the stunning bride to be, and her gals are prepping in a one of a kind bridal suite at the Noriega House. She opted for a first look with her father. These images are always tear jerking. However, we pull through and capture incredible memories for the father of the bride. It’s nearly time for the ceremony and the guest fill the venue. Adding their finishing touches, Mossman’s Catering pulls out all the stops. In addition, their special gift to the O’Kane’s, two hand carved watermelons! One includes a family portrait, the other a flower!

A Stunning Ceremony

The layout of The Noriega House ensures that everything a couple needs is never far away. Paired with Crown Entertainment as the evenings emcees, this ceremony was firing on all cylinders. Our couple exchange their vowels in front of family and friends, their love create breath taking moments. These are the memories we live for as photographers. Those glances down the aisle. A picture perfect first kiss. Especially, those one of a kind grand exits with an extra special “second” kiss in the middle of the aisle amidst their favorite people on Earth.

We take full advantage of some spectacular lighting in front of the iconic steps of The Noriega House. Our newlyweds were absolutely malnourished at this point. Mossman’s Catering never skipped a beat and provided amazing service. For example, during bridal portraits there was always a server on hand ensuring our couple had something to drink and a snack to keep them going. It was very impressive! From serving dinner to cake cutting, Mossman’s brought their “A” game.

Dancing the night away

Finally, the time had come for our newlyweds to let loose and dance the night away! Likewise, their guests had been itching to join in the fun and made this a night to remember. Crown Entertainment, no stranger to getting the party started, kept the party jumping all night! Our bride even showed off some sweet skills when the time came to lead in a dance off. The Noriega House also has a very unique bar where guests can treat themselves for drinks. In addition to its charm, The Noriega House knows how to stay trendy. Because this bar could be a separate location in itself. It was definitely a popular attraction.

Before the night ended, we had one last show stopper. Because, what is a wedding without a sparkler exit? This time the bride was the one carrying the groom out. How’s that for a new age tradition! We had such a blast capturing this wedding, it was filled with so much laughter and love. Most importantly, it was so genuine. Bree and Jarred are the most sincere people on this planet. We wish them all the best in their new journey together!
