To book, we will need a signature on our Wedding Day Contract which can be done online or in person and a deposit of at least $100. The hours of coverage will vary from wedding to wedding. Some couples lean towards 8 or more hours of coverage to ensure they have their entire day documented including those precious little moments. Such as, getting ready shots, first looks, exchanging of love notes and sparkler exits, etc. Consider the length of your ceremony and reception. We strongly suggest that your coverage lead you up until the middle of the dancing portion at the very least. Nobody wants to miss an opportunity to capture an intimate moment of grandma and grandpa slow dancing. If you purchased a smaller collection, you still have the option of adding on extra hours on the day of the wedding.
The typical turnaround time for weddings is approximately 4-6 weeks. We also have a rush option, where you'll get your wedding photos delivered in 24 hours after your wedding for an additional $850!
Hooray! We love to travel! The first question we'll ask you is, where are we going? That will ultimately determine the final cost of everything. If we are staying within city limits, don't worry about the travel fee. However, if we are driving more than 25 miles, the travel fee is $1.00 per mile traveled one way. Airfare and lodging fees apply for out of state sessions.
We'd still love to take some time to photograph you two in front of our camera. This allows us to get to know one another so that on the day of your wedding, you're already familiar with our workflow and you'll feel more relaxed. The engagement session is complimentary and included in your collection, so if you would rather use that towards something else, like an anniversary session or family session, we'd be happy to accommodate! However, it must be redeemed within one year from your wedding.
In short, yes! When requesting shots, keep in mind though that no two shots ever look exactly the same. Giving us the creative reigns also ensures that you have a truly unique image that is meaningful to you years down the road. We also accept Pinterest boards just to get a general idea of the mood/theme you are going for. A few weeks before your wedding, we'll also be sending you a Questionnaire to fill out. This helps us to understand what is most important to you on the wedding day, so that we can document the people and things most important to you. We will do everything in our power to photograph important moments from the day, but we make it a priority to capture the things you list in the Questionnaire.

Upon booking, we will send you our Style Guide which has all of our wardrobe recommendations! We aren't style experts by any means, but we do know a thing or two about what will look best in your photographs.
Ladies: Styling your hair for a photos can be tricky if you aren’t a hair professional, but it doesn’t have to be. That’s why we always recommend getting your hair appointments in no later than one week before your session. Your hair will look at it’s best if grown out a little and simply curled or straightened out on the date of your session depending on what feels most natural to you. Having said that, working with a hair professional can easily be the most overlooked but is also the easiest to manage.
Gentlemen: Try and schedule your haircuts one week before your session if possible. This will ensure it looks as natural as possible and prevent it from looking "too fresh".

Though we recommend going through our professional photographic lab, Costco provides decent photographs at an affordable price if you are on a time crunch. Some labs also require a print release from us, your photographers, in order to get your photos printed. That's why we include a Print Release in every one of our sessions as well.
